Did you know how easy it is to make homemade mayonnaise? When I first started my Paleo lifestyle, I quickly started making as much as I could from scratch. Once I learned how easy it is to make homemade mayonnaise, I haven’t bought any in a couple years! All you need is 5 ingredients and a blender. I use my Vitamix but have used a food processor with the oil drip spout just as well.
What you’ll need:
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt (I use pink Himalayan)
1 c extra light olive oil (the extra light is important!)
