Ingredients
Approx. 2 lbs (32 oz) ground meat, turkey or beef
1 onion
1 avocado
2 small tomatoes
1/4 cup flax seed meal (or almond flour)
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Finely chop your avocado, onion and tomatoes. Place ground meat in a large mixing bowl. Add chopped veggies, flax seed, spices, and mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Grease a baking sheet or a muffin tin and roll mixture into 1 to 1.5 inch balls. Place on sheet and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
