I know when you finally decide you’re ready to take the leap of faith in making the investment to work with a coach, you really only have one main question: Will it work?
Underneath that you have other questions such as:
- Does she know how to get me from where I am to where I want to be?
- Does she understand my struggles?
- Will my investment pay off?
- Can I really change?
I spent years trying to help my clients achieve the goals until I realized that all my clients struggled with the same thing when they first came to me: they had no real connection to themselves.
It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’ve come from, whether you’re a business owner, work a 9-5 job, are a stay at home mom, consider yourself successful or not…if you’re disconnected from the truth of who you are, you’re going to see it play out in a variety of areas of your life:
- emotional eating
- emotional drinking
- overworking with little “success”
- failed relationships
- lack of motivation
- health struggles
- debt
- codependency
You’re on a never ending cycle of looking to things outside of you to try and fill that gaping hole you feel inside.
You reach for:
- the food
- the alcohol
- the relationship
- the phone to scroll social media
- Netflix
- the job
…to try and fulfill the emptiness you feel within yourself. The truth, though, is that the only thing that can ever fill that hole is….you.
What you’re really looking for is a connection to yourself.
I help my clients find their way back home to themselves.
I take you on a deep, 3-month journey tapping into the truth of who you are.
My vision for you is to not need to continue to invest in multiple coaches and programs in order to finally see things change in your life. The only way to do that is for you to get to know and trust yourself above anything else.
Here’s what that looks like:
Month 1: Self-Care
Having a deep foundation in self-care is the root of EVERYTHING in your life. Without knowing who you are and what you want, nothing else in your life can stick. You can’t know who you are and what you want without spending quality time with yourself each and every day – it starts with you.
- implement daily self-care/morning routine
- pinpoint your love language so you know how you receive love
- gain clarity on what you want in your life
- determine your values so you are clear on WHY you desire what you do
- create a vision
Month 2: Mindset
Your morning routine is going to set you up with the ability to OBSERVE your thoughts so you are aware of your thought patterns/self-sabotaging patterns in order to CHANGE them. Your thoughts dictate your feelings > Your feelings dictate what you are creating in your life.
- learn how to work with ego
- address and shift the fears & limiting beliefs that are holding you back
- practice acting as if
- live IN the energy of who you desire to be
- live from a place of being vs wanting
- know who you are
- trust who you are
- feel confident in what you are here to do
Month 3: Authenticity
You can’t have authenticity without the foundation of self-care, self-love, and getting a handle on your mindset. Your authenticity comes from connecting to yourself regularly. It’s something you FEEL into.
- listen to the whispers of your soul
- get clear on your core values
- act FROM your core values
- practice speaking your truth
- trust in yourself to take inspired action in your life

I worked with Anne over a year ago and it helped me tremendously, even though I did not put in all the work that Anne encouraged me to do. I was manifesting all of the things that I wanted into my life. However, because I did not make the permanent changes that Anne had suggested, I needed a tune up. I contacted Anne to let her know that I really felt compelled to work with her again. I had finished grad school, passed my boards, gotten a good paying job, was in a relationship, went on two giant vacations (three weeks each, one to Asia, one a road trip in US and Canada) have all the “things” but still did not feel happy. My shit had caught up with me again. I knew that something (me) had to change or I was going to repeat the same patterns all over again. I had a pattern of blowing up my life, bolting, and running. If I felt uncomfortable, I got the fuck out of there. I had some great things in my life this time, but I still felt like I needed to bolt. So instead of bolting, I contacted Anne.
I was worried that maybe Anne would be disappointed in me. That maybe she would shame me or make me feel stupid because I was crawling back, tail between my legs, asking for help. But Anne did none of those things to me. She listened to my problems, showed me compassion and offered to work with me again. Now, shame on me, but the financial investment this time was much more than it was the first time. You see Anne knows her worth, and she knew that what she offers was worth much more than what I paid the first time. Perhaps this is why I did better this time? Or perhaps I had just come to the point where I was sick of my own shit and wanted a permanent change. Whatever the reason, this time whenever Anne made a suggestion, I did it. When she told me that nothing would change until I started consistently showing up for myself, I started showing up for myself. This time I had some issues I had never encountered before, but with Anne’s help, I nailed it. I am not saying that it is not hard work, it is. I had to really look inside myself, face my stuff and figure it out. But amazingly, this shit just falls into place when I show up for myself. Like seriously, stuff that was a huge, giant problem to me turned into “no big deal.” I even started thinking “what was I so wigged out about? This is no big deal at all!” I can deal with step-children, my partner’s ex-wife, my co-workers, my employers, my partner, my family, my patients, anything. I can deal with anything that comes my way.
For the absolute first time in my life, I am sticking to a morning routine. I, who abhorred getting up early, now get up at 5am, meditate, cuddle my dog, workout, eat a healthy breakfast and do whatever else I need to and then go to work all day long. I was the biggest couch potato ever, and my mind was like a hamster running on a wheel, but I am now working out, meditating and LOVING it. I do it on the weekends too. No excuses. The few times I have decided to not do morning routine…my day or days turn into a shit show. Boom, lesson learned.
I am so proud of myself. I am so happy with my life. I am so happy with me. I know that no matter what happens, I can handle it. I have literally spent 22 years going to therapy, looked at all kinds of self-help, bought all kinds of programs, etc. So if you would like to save time and money, invest in yourself now. Work with Anne and figure your shit out. But don’t worry, if you need a tune up or a little boost, she will be there for you for that. And rest assured, when you succeed, she will be your biggest cheerleader!
