She’s our ego.

Those negative thought patterns that won’t seem to go away.
Through our own internal work, we have co-created what we call “The Natalie Work” and it’s a way for you to disassociate from your thoughts so you can not only see that you are not your thoughts, but more importantly so you can learn how to choose thoughts that feel better.
