This morning was my last morning of sweet potato chorizo hash, so I made sure to savor it! For lunch I had leftover meatballs, guacamole and a mix of broccoli and carrots. I’m getting more and more anxious to weigh myself, but trying so hard to hold out for the end of my 30 days since that’s what the guidelines say. I’m going to be bummed if I haven’t lost weight, because I feel like my body is changing and I know my pants are looser. I’ve actually started buying some size 4 pants to have on hand since my size 6s are loosening up. I tried a size 4 on the other day and they actually buttoned up! Now all I need is for them to button up comfortably.
Dinner was probably my favorite dish so far since beginning my Whole30. Charlie is a huge fan of beef stroganoff, so I attempted a Paleo version. De-li-cious!!! He even went back for seconds, which he rarely does! It will definitely be on the keep list!
